Your role
As a facilitator, you accompany a cohort of participants through their learning journey. You don’t direct their learning — the AI handles the day-to-day coaching. Your job is to:
- Observe participant progress across the cohort
- Validate competency level assessments at the Reference level
- Intervene when a participant appears to be stalling or disengaged
- Guide Build Cycle transitions and programme milestones
Accessing your dashboard
Log in with your facilitator account and you’ll land on the Facilitator Dashboard. From here you can:
- See all participants in your cohort with their current competency status
- Open any participant’s full profile
- Review conversation history and extracted memories
- Confirm or adjust competency assessments
Cohort view
The main facilitator view shows a table of all participants with:
| Column | What it shows |
|---|
| Name | Participant’s full name and programme |
| Phase | Current programme phase (Reveal, Build, Propose, Operate, Adapt) |
| Last activity | When they last interacted with the platform |
| Competency status | Overview of assessed vs unassessed competencies |
| Pending reviews | Competency assessments waiting for your confirmation |
Alerts and flags
The platform surfaces participants who may need your attention — those who haven’t engaged recently or have a pending Reference-level assessment waiting for human confirmation.
Reference-level competency upgrades are never automatically confirmed. They always require a facilitator review before being applied.
