Admin responsibilities
Institution admins configure the platform for their organisation and maintain it over time. Key responsibilities include:- Institution setup — name, type, culture context, and language
- User management — creating participants, facilitators, and other admins
- Competency framework — uploading or editing the competency set for your institution
- Institutional knowledge — uploading documents that power the Institutional Guide AI
- Programme design — configuring cohorts, Build Cycles, and activity templates
- Design tokens — customising colours, fonts, and logo to match institutional branding
Accessing the admin panel
Log in with your admin account. The admin panel is accessible from the profile menu in the top-right corner of the platform.Institution types
The platform supports three institution types, which affect default configurations and some AI behaviours:| Type | Description |

Language settings
You can configure the default language for your institution:- English (en)
- Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR)
- Italian (it)
